Who can join?
Individuals, university groups, student clubs, business support institutions, incubators, banks, development programmes, associations and cooperatives. Use your Tambala account to join.
What if our organisation cannot receive commission?
Choose “Support businesses without commission” when joining. You get an invitation link and business progress tracking, with no commission accrued or paid. Join on behalf of a group only if you are authorised to represent it.
How does commission work?
Earning partners receive 1–2% of qualifying sales value from Tambala’s existing 3% commission. Your rate appears in your workspace. On a qualifying MWK 100,000 sale, that is MWK 1,000–2,000. Product delivery charges are excluded.
Which sales qualify, and for how long?
Completed, fully paid sales placed within two years of a business joining qualify. Earnings become available after the holding period. Returns, cancellations and refunds reduce earnings; later refunds offset future payouts. Your own purchases do not qualify.
What can we see and how do we get paid?
See business names, selling progress, sales counts and sales values. Customer details remain private. Earning partners also see balances and payout history, and can request withdrawals to a saved mobile money or bank account.
